Sorry…

Sorry for my lack of… well lack of anything lately.

1) Been super busy

2) Been cooking a lot for fun rather than for the videos… since it’s a one man production it sometimes takes over the focus… I don’t want to “have” to cook something so I have a video.

3) Pretty much got Baby Back Ribs down though - was a serious project. First time I tried to cook them they were more like baby back jerky. Third time was the charm though.

4) Got a new Weber grill that is a pretty darn serious piece of hardware (that’s what started my rib infatuation - that plus my neighborhood BBQ place - Smoque).

5) Been… erm… ‘experimenting’ with cocktails that really make my Blueberry Vodka shine. Think I got it down, but more product testing may be needed…

3 Parts Blueberry Vodka
1 Part Gran Marnier
splash of Lime juice
Lime wedge and blueberries to garnish.

Quite the martini.

Gimmie a couple days…

We’re getting some new appliances that I want to show off in the next video (just a little clip of old vs. new) so this weeks video will be posted Tuesday evening. Had to hold off on the new grill for a couple weeks… the refrigerator sucked up that money

Contest to make a video to a great song for an 80 gb iPod. I have a good idea what to do, but I’m not really quite set up in the new place yet to take on something like this with only 18 days left.

Oh well. New short video marking my return to making half a55ed cooking videos might just make it up this weekend!
