About
It all started back in 1991 with a teacher named Fred, and the offer of an after High School graduation summer job in the Rocky Mountains. I learned to edit video and the basics of good camera skills (yeah right) in a learning by doing and getting paid for it kinda way.
The Ranch is still there, and I still have some video that I need to digitize really badly or risk losing forever.
From there I ended up in the Army and put the ‘fun job out of my head. I did a little time in Bosnia and Kosovo and thought it might be a good time to become a civilian. Turns out I was right.
In October of 2006 I was watching various online independent videos like Ze Frank, Rocketboom, Lo-Fi Saint Louis, and Galacticast and thought it was something that looked really fun to do. Watching the videos progress you see it grow in to what I like to call “The Works”. Mainly silly cooking videos, that I enjoy doing, and enjoy showing to people.
